This all levels series will meet once a week for 5 weeks and introduce yoga in a safe, enjoyable way with a goal towards creating a life long practice. Intro to Yoga with Donna is a fun  and informative introduction to yogic breathing principles, healthy and safe pose alignment, meditation and relaxation. This will be a light hearted class open to questions and discussions and will help bring awareness and acceptance of your personal practice.

This 5 week series is for:
~ Anyone & everyone!
~ New students who want to refine the basics
~ Experienced students who want to deepen their practice and learn about the historic roots of yoga
