This class will meet for 4 consecutive weeks focusing on the art of self care through massage. Release muscle tightness, knots and motion restriction with a foam roller by using your own body weight. You can improve flexibility, function, performance and reduce injuries. On top of improving circulation, getting fluids moving throughout your body, you can also reduce cellulite, trim the waistline and tone the abdominals.
