Prenatal 5 Week Series

Time: 11:30 AM -12:30 PM

Cost: $59 (you must pre-register for this class)

This class will meet every Tuesday for 5 consecutive weeks

This 5 week series will provide an opportunity to deepen your awareness of your body as it creates space for baby and help to reduce the common discomforts, aches and pains of muscles and joints through gentle stretching, toning, breathing and relaxation techniques. Strengthen the body, mind and heart while inspiring confidence in preparation for labor and birth. Carve out time to empower yourself as you journey into motherhood and enjoy a nurturing and supportive environment where you can let go of your day and be present with your feelings. Join us at any point of your pregnancy, no previous yoga experience is necessary.
