Yoga 101 – Intro to Yoga 4 Week Session

New to yoga? Do you think you are not flexible or strong enough for yoga? This 4 week series is the perfect place to begin. You will be guided through the first steps of  yoga with proper alignment, yogic breathing, meditation and some yoga history. In this class you will have a chance to ask questions, offer insight, feedback all while making new connections with fellow yogis.
Each week we will build on the next to help you incorporate yoga into your daily life and join any ongoing Isvara Basic class.
This 4 week series is for:
~ Anyone that has thought about trying yoga, but not sure what to expect.
~ New students who want to refine the basics
~ Experienced students who want to deepen their practice and learn about the historic roots of yoga
